Here’s a simple, healthy protein pancake recipe you can make in under 15 minutes
Ingredients
* 2 eggs
* 1 ripe banana
* ½ cup rolled oats
* ¼ cup Greek yogurt
* ½ tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
* Pinch of salt
* Splash of vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend everything until smooth (or mash banana + mix well).
2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium.
3. Pour small pancakes (they’re delicate).
4. Cook ~2–3 minutes per side until golden.
5. Serve warm
