We survived (barely) our first practice after a long break. Although the squad isn't complete yet we're ready to bring it. Practices will resume on Sundays and Wednesdays as usual. Let's get ready for a good season 🎉💪😀

Today marked the first day of the league games. Congratulations to the Jersey Girls for their 31-10 win over West Point Gold and 18-17 win over DC Diplomats. Keep up the great work ladies! A special thank you to everyone who made the games today possible!

This past weekend we competed in the annual Swim and Sports Club Sportsfest Tournament in Flanders, NJ. The Jersey girls took home 2nd place. Thank you to everyone who made this past weekend possible because we really enjoyed it. Special shout out to Olivia Goncerz for winning MVP of the tournament. Let's hope for a great season ahead of us!
