⚠️Team Competition Update posted to our blog ⚠️

The 2026 Hometown Challenge gives teams the chance to compete and provides donors with an entry into our multi-prize sweepstakes! The team that receives at least one match-eligible donation during September qualifies for the competition. The top 5 fundraising teams earn additional endowment awards:

1st Place: $15,000
2nd Place: $12,500
3rd Place: $10,000
4th Place: $7,500
5th Place: $5,000

Plus, 30 qualifying teams will be randomly selected to receive $1,000. All incentive awards are made as endowment donations, helping teams build their long-term financial resources.

Saturday we had our end of the year shoot where we gave awards, played some Annie Oakley and had our annual Mom shoot where the athletes coach thier moms through a round of trap. This marks the official end of our season. Thanks to all our sponsors, coaches and parents that have helped throughout the season. We are already looking forward to next year.

Fun fact, this year at the Iowa SCTP State Shoot they had over 6,000 entries across all the events and there were over 1,000,000 targets thrown!!

Results from Friday's Senior Division State Championship. This was the last shoot for several of these athletes with our club, and I'm sure they are off to do great things. Last Day of competition for the year, our varsity athletes will be taking the field at the State Championship. We have 4 squads shooting today.

Today is the State Handicap Championship, we have 9 athletes competing. One Squad of varsity, one squad of Junior Varsity and 1 Intermediate shooter. Intermediates shoot from the 21yrd line and JV/V from the 25yrd line.
