Another big thank you to West Plains Area Dugout Club and West Plains Bank and Trust Company for helping to build the future home of Grizzly Baseball and Softball!

West Plains Bank and Trust Company is honored to partner with Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines in presenting a $120,000 Member Impact Fund grant to West Plains Area Dugout Club! This grant will help fund the Club’s field project, advancing community development by providing a safe, accessible space for physical activity, youth sports, and family engagement. Congratulations!

Sign up today for the Grizzly Softball camps! Learn directly from the MSU-WP Grizzly Softball coaching staff to help develop your skills. There are three camp opportunities available:

-Youth Day Camp: Thursday, July 16
For students entering grades 6-8, will focus on all areas of softball, including hitting, fielding, throwing, baserunning, pitching, and catching. Athletes will participate in skill stations, competitive drills, and position-specific instruction tailored to help players improve both their individual abilities and game awareness.

-Overnight Prospect Camp: Wednesday-Thursday, July 22-23
For high school students entering grades 9-12, the Overnight Prospect Camp is designed for players who want to experience college softball firsthand. Campers will receive instruction in offensive and defensive skills, participate in game-like situations, tour campus, interact with current players and stay overnight in the residence halls.

-High School Day Camp: Wednesday, July 29
For students entering grades 8-12, the High School Day Camp is designed for athletes looking to refine their skills and prepare for the upcoming season. Participants will receive advanced instruction, compete in drills, game situations and gain valuable insight from the Grizzly coaching staff.

Missouri State University West Plains Softball Camps are held in West Plains, Missouri. Softball coaches and staff will lead the camper through drills to improve your game.
