BETTER TOGETHER TOMORROW!! Do you have your seats?!
Spotlight on our graduating senior, Audrey!!
What was one of your favorite dances?
One of my favorite routines was our production from two years ago “Feeling Good”. That routine was always so fun to compete and perform, especially because we had the chance to dance as a whole company.
What is your favorite studio memory?
My favorite dance studio memory would have to be backstage before recital every year. It’s always bittersweet getting ready to perform as a studio and showcase the hard work that we all put in throughout the year.
What are your future plans?
My future plans are to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the fall. After I return, I am looking forward to attending Utah Valley University. I plan to work toward becoming a dental hygienist because I enjoy helping people and want a career where I can make a positive impact in others’ lives. Even with my future goals, I know dance will continue to always be a meaningful part of my life.
If you could say one thing to your studio teachers, what would it be?
I’ve been really lucky to have such amazing coaches over the years. They’ve helped me feel more confident in who I am and created a really safe and supportive space where I’ve made some of my best friendships and memories. I couldn’t have been the dancer or person I am without any of them!
What piece of advice do you want to leave behind for our younger dancers?
Stay focused on your own progress and enjoy the process! Don’t worry about being perfect or comparing yourself to others, just stay true to you and keep going even when it’s hard.
We love Audrey!! We’re going to miss her!!
