Having a few simple snacks ready can help support steady energy and prevent that “I’m suddenly starving” feeling.

Easy balanced snack ideas:
🍎 Apple with nut butter
🥒 Veggies with hummus
🧀 Cheese with fruit
🥜 Trail mix
🥣 Yogurt with berries
🍚 Rice cakes with avocado or nut butter

A good snack usually includes at least two things: protein, fiber, fat, or color.

A little schedule note for my Lewiston students:

I will be taking a summer break from teaching in Lewiston during July and August. June classes are a great time to come move with me before the break begins.
This pause gives me space to rest, reset, and return with more energy for the fall. Thank you for understanding, supporting my classes, and continuing to show up for yourselves on the mat.

Easy ways to add more fiber:
Add berries to breakfast.
