More food + Meryls Body = 🩷🫶🏻

When Meryl first came to me she has been trying to change her physique for a long time , different coaches and just feeling stagnant with progress

Past experiences had her scared of committing or trusting another coach but We spoke on the phone two times, messaged each other often and we vibed 🩷🫶🏻 I earned her trust 🫶🏻

In the 4 weeks we have been together her eyes have been opened wide to how much she was actually under eating, too much cardio and not the best training program for her goals !

‼️🚨Ladies- your “digestive issues”, are more than likely linked to the fact that you’re not eating enough food or drinking enough water!

Since day one focus has been ⬆️Increasing her food intake , getting mindset with food in the best place possible 🫶🏻managing stress levels ( LIMITING SOCIAL MEDIA 👏) and Following a consistent strength training program designed for her goals!

The biggest change is as she’s increased her food week a week, her body competition has changed beautifully! Muscles looking fuller and core looking insanely less bloated 👏💪

She also has the goal of stepping on stage and I’m so excited to help her get there 🥰

5 Things I’d do RIGHT NOW to increase fat loss ⬇️🔥

As a nutrition & fitness coach 🤓

Let’s skip the obvious (calorie deficit + protein)…

Here’s what actually moves the needle:
1. 💧 Drink more water
Most of you are walking around dehydrated → which = low energy, poor digestion, stalled progress
2. 😴 Fix your sleep
If your sleep sucks, your results will too.
Fat loss doesn’t happen on 5 hours of sleep.
3. 🍓🥩🥬 Prioritize whole foods
Less processed = better digestion, better fullness, better results
4. 🧠 Manage your stress
High stress = your body holding onto everything
This matters WAY more than you think
5. 🚶‍♀️ Get your steps in (NEAT)
Not everything is about killing yourself in the gym
Daily movement > excessive cardio

There was a time in my life that I was desperate to do anything and everything to lose weight, except what actually worked to lose the weight & keep it off
