Is it safe to exercise while epileptic?

Though there is a misconception that physical activity will induce seizure activity, studies have shown that this is a rare occurrence. Ensuring that the environment is cool and there are adequate breaks, will slim the chance of a seizure occurring. Two benefits of exercising while epileptic is an improvement in cardiovascular and psychological health.

It is an honor to announce that I will be collaborating with Village of Palm Springs Florida, for my nonprofit’s Inaugural Book Bag Drive for children who are on the autism spectrum and those with related disabilities. Each child must register, on the registration link.
