My love language is supporting my family, friends and clients supporting them to find peace, to find what feeds their soul to have soul fulling experiences. I love this for myself and want that for everyone I encounter. I ate tons of tropical fruits in Jamaica… here I’m enjoying sweet sop(known to some as sugar apple). The food is what we call “farm to table” this is a daily experience. The food is organic and was before organic food was a thing.
If you’re reading this I encourage you to purposely nourish your body, mind, and soul. P.S…… I have the best job……the best clients…. The best mental health……. Outfit featured by….. I love rocking my tank top and cap. Perfect fit as always.

I was able to identify 8 countries represented at the Pilates Method Alliance Conference & Expo!!! I may have missed a few!

The Pilates Method is building bridges globally!

Some were classically trained some contemporary….. it didn’t matter! We are working to reach as many bodies as we can in our individual communities!

Collaborations amongst instructors across the globe are in the works. I’m thrilled to be apart this movement.

With new research emerging about the body, Pilates Practitioners are applying it to the work and changing lives! I’ve experienced it and share it daily..

I loved learning & trying new things. I am all about adding value to my clients Pilates sessions!

My Pilates family connections includes all corners of the USA, Canada, Korea, Spain, Dubai, Switzerland, Scotland, Australia……I’m blessed to love what I do!

So I did a thing!!!!!

Presenting on my hearts work to peers was a new experience! They were receptive, open and welcomed tips & techniques on helping their older clients find success and strength.

The highlight….Connecting with old friends and making new friends. We are all passionate about the Pilates Method and strive to fulfill Joseph Pilates’ wish to have the whole world doing Pilates.

Dinner and sharing goals and ideas with priceless!

Pilates is strength from alignment and control.
