Pic #1 (April 2020). I had been training 3 to 4 times a week for months, but I had not changed my eating habits, the pandemic was just beginning and I dared to teach online. I was refused to acquire new eating habits because I justified myself and always looked for excuses.
Pic #2 (December 2020). Result of months of training, with weight, but without adequate nutrition. Day one that will change my life and my health forever, I start an eating plan to get real results.
Pic #3 (Now). Progress from weight training. Repaired metabolism with a healthy relationship with food. So far I have lost 16 lbs, without starving and without extreme dieting. Committed to my process and my goal.
My mission will always be to educate and help others to live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle over time, understanding that it is a personal process and that what worked for me may not work for you, in addition to understanding that each body is different and unique.
As your coach and friend, I need you to trust me:
❌ Stop depending on your weight or what the scale tells you to measure your progress or your happiness, remember that it is only a number, this does not define you.
❌ Magic results do not exist, pills, teas or extreme diets do not guarantee results and are not sustainable over time.
✅ Working on having a good relationship with food should be your priority, include all the macros in your meals and always include green vegetables.
✅ Listen and follow the advice of a professional, do not be fooled by what you see on social networks, remember that it is not always real and true.
I have a fitness programs at home or at the gym and meal plan for you, that will get you results, but only if you work for it and you commit to the process.
