My name is Nikki Sagermann and I dedicate my work to bettering the game of softball through developing athletes ages 8-21. A little about me: I am from a town north east of Atlanta, Georgia called Buford. I attended Mill Creek High School and had a very successful career there. My senior year I was named State Player of the Year. I went to the University of Kentucky where I was a 4 year starting t

hird baseman, Women's College World Series participant, and All- Conference performer. I was then picked up by the USSSA Pride and when my playing career ended I began my coaching career. I started off as a Volunteer Assistant at the University of Kentucky, went on to becoming an assistant coach at the University of West Georgia for two years, and now I have been training athletes individually for 4 years now.

6 years strong coaching Braelyn and what an honor it’s been!! I’ve had so much fun watching this kid grow into the person and hitter she is today. Watching videos of her hit today makes me think about the young girl I met in 2020. Wait til the end of the video to see baby @99.brae 🥹
