SPRING AGILITY CLASSES - Beginner and Intermediate

Novice Class: Limited to 6 working spots
When: Sundays @ 4:30-5:30pm, March 17th-April 21st

Intermediate Class: Limited to 6 working spots
When: Sundays @ 5:45-6:45pm, March 17th-April 21st

The Paducah Kennel Club is now offering a Scent Work Class with
Instructor Carol Ely!
Novice Class: Limited to 12 Working Spots (1 person/1 dog team) and unlimited auditors (non-working slots but able to attend class without a dog to learn)
*An Advanced Class may be offered depending on number of Novice Teams signed up and time availability.
Cost: $100 Club Members and $125 Non Club Members (covers 6 week class) Credit Card Payment is available with a 5% Convenience fee.
Pre-requisites: CGC or basic obedience class or equivalent
When: 5:30pm on Mondays starting April 22 and finishing June 3 with No class on Memorial Day.
Supplies: Carol will make a kit for each student which can be purchased for $11 directly from Carol at class

Novice Rally Class starting Tuesday March 5th at 6:30 pm at the Paducah Kennel Club! This 6-week class will be held on March 5, 19, 26 and April 2, 16 and 23.
This Class will prepare you and your dog for Rally Novice Competition, teaching you to perform the Novice signs and give you an understanding of the AKC Rally Rules and Trial Etiquette.

Fees:
PKC Member= $125.00 or Non-Member= $150.00
Cash, checks and credit card payments are accepted.
Payment due by February 29th, may mail a check or we can send an invoice to pay by credit card. Once paid, you will be confirmed in the class.

Pre-requisites:
1. All dogs must be 6 months or older and be current on all vaccines.
2. Dogs should know the basic obedience commands: Sit, down, Stay and Come

Equipment Needed:
1. Leash
2. Appropriate Collar (ask Patricia if your collar is acceptable)
3. Crate for crating inside training building during class when not working (soft crates are allowed)
4. Good supply of small, quickly consumed, tasty treats (bring more rather than less)

Paducah Kennel Club February 23-25, 2024 TWO Rally Trials each day for a total of 6 separate trials in West Paducah, KY. Come join us for a great time with a friendly and supportive group. Indoor crating available, RV parking and plenty of room at our site to exercise your dogs, including a new FENCED DOG YARD.

Basic foundation Obedience Class starting January 11th 6:30 pm at Paducah Kennel Club
This class will be 6 weeks long and cover basic obedience and foundation skills towards other dog sports.
CGC evaluations can be given afterwards for 25.00
