Upper Montclair Boxing Club (UMBC) is an unique boxing and movement studio dedicated to specialized Personal + Group Training in the heart of Upper Montclair NJ and just steps from the Mountain train station and Valley Road. Olympic Boxing Team, Regional U.K. Champion and Hong Kong Champion and has been boxing since he was in middle school. Ian is passionate about boxing, its art and its ability t

o make a positive impact on the lives of people who practice from pre-teens to adults inclusive of all areas of abilities. UMBC’s goal to not only learn the art of boxing though interval training methods but to improve movement, agility and core strength. UMBC’s program is completely customizable. Personal train solo one day or with 3 friends the next. There are no monthly membership fees.
