I am adventuring myself (coming out of my comfort zone) and trying to start offering Kundalini Yoga sessions in a more extensive way, that lately, with all the changes we are having thanks to social media, it is becoming online way. I do love to do in person classes, but I am opening myself to start offering videos with full classes, mini sessions, mantra practice, pranayama, and anything I can offer to all, besides my synchronous time on Sundays from 9:30 am to 11 am (Eastern time). Some classes will be offer free and some with a modest price (nothing crazy).

A long time ago, trying to find my "brand", Tierra y Sol came to me and I design my logo. Earth and Sun, Mother and Father, the ones that are always reminding us our essence, our real selves every day after we open our eyes.

If you know the technology of Kundalini Yoga or you feel curious about it, this group is for you. No yoga experience is require and all are welcome!.

We are so excited!!! This coming Saturday, April 25th, Nic and I will be offering this amazing workshop at in Livingston NJ. Come join us and feel your oneness through asanas aligned with the elements, hands-on and sound bath healing, and the energy of sharing love and knowledge with you. It is going to be cozy and joyful afternoon.

PS: If you didn't have a chance to experience this amazing space, come! It is so earthly beautiful!
PS: This is a unique workshop that Nic and I created feeling how our practices intertwined and connect, yoy will really love it!

What do you do when this beauty jumps on you and don't leave you. You take it for a ride!!
He/she (don't know how to differentiate them) is still on me, doesn't matter how many attempts to put him/her in a leaf a did, I still have him/her in my finger with a strong hug, while I am writing this post.

Life is beautiful, this week was hard, and having him/her here with me is giving me the extra support and reassurance I need. I don't know for how long I will still be hug by this creature but I will just enjoy the company 😊

Omg...this storm!! No power!!! I have so much to do...but I kind of love it. It is quite in the house, no computers on.

"Después de la tormenta viene la calma" =" After the storm calm comes". It doesn't matter how many commotions, challenges or hard times and loud noises we go through, that make us feel like we are inside a storm, calmness and stillness always appear after, and let us realize that they just happened outside because our inside was/is/will be always the same...the big cosmic energy that flows everywhere and it is everything and nothing at the same time.

Join me tomorrow for a Kundalini yoga class 8:15 am Santokh Yoga & Wellness Montclair NJ. Balance is when there is not right or wrong, good or bad, up or down, positive or negative. It is the zero point where our minds stop the games and rules of life we created and where we can amplify our understanding of our human nature , amplify our vision of what life is and stop everything else that doesn't serve us. Balance is where nothing is everything, where darkness is the beginning of light, and where silence becomes the language of infinite love.❤️🙏
