Eating healthy but still hungry an hour later? Here’s what might be missing. 👀
You can fill your plate with nutritious foods and still walk away feeling unsatisfied.
I see this often with people who are trying to make healthier choices. They’re eating salads, cutting back on carbs, choosing lighter meals, and wondering why they’re constantly hungry or reaching for snacks shortly afterward.
The problem isn’t necessarily WHAT they’re eating. Sometimes it’s what they’re **not eating enough of.**
✅ **Protein** helps keep you full and satisfied.
✅ **Fiber** supports digestion and helps with fullness.
✅ **Carbohydrates** provide energy and are an important part of balanced meals.
✅ **Enough food** matters! Even the healthiest meal won’t keep you satisfied if you’re consistently undereating.
The goal isn’t to eat as little as possible. It’s to eat in a way that supports your body, your activity level, and your goals.
**Here’s something to think about: Are you eating to nourish your body or just trying to keep your meals as light as possible?**
