Spa day. Sometimes we need a re-set 🔥💦 Life’s been a little wild lately hectic, full, and honestly… very fulfilling.
On set. Teaching classes. Running around the city in freezing weather. Getting my gym hours in. Lifting heavy. Chasing personal goals. Staying hydrated (always 😅). Eating clean. Making my juices. Working hard. Playing hard. Showing up for my people. Trying to do all the things. My body is tired, I can feel it.
Sometimes it can feel like a never-ending mission - always somewhere to be, something to do, someone to see. And if we’re not careful, we forget to pause.
So this is your reminder (and mine): stop and smell the roses when you can. Find stillness. Find rest. Even when it feels uncomfortable. Even when it feels “unproductive.”
Stillness might look like a spa day.
Or five minutes of meditation.
Or simply stopping to take one conscious breath.
Whatever it looks like for you take it.
Reconnect to your body.
Reconnect to your breath.
Refill your cup.
Strength isn’t just about how hard you push it’s also about knowing when to pause. Listen to your body.
