Spa day. Sometimes we need a re-set 🔥💦 Life’s been a little wild lately hectic, full, and honestly… very fulfilling.

On set. Teaching classes. Running around the city in freezing weather. Getting my gym hours in. Lifting heavy. Chasing personal goals. Staying hydrated (always 😅). Eating clean. Making my juices. Working hard. Playing hard. Showing up for my people. Trying to do all the things. My body is tired, I can feel it.

Sometimes it can feel like a never-ending mission - always somewhere to be, something to do, someone to see. And if we’re not careful, we forget to pause.

So this is your reminder (and mine): stop and smell the roses when you can. Find stillness. Find rest. Even when it feels uncomfortable. Even when it feels “unproductive.”

Stillness might look like a spa day.
Or five minutes of meditation.
Or simply stopping to take one conscious breath.

Whatever it looks like for you take it.
Reconnect to your body.
Reconnect to your breath.
Refill your cup.

Strength isn’t just about how hard you push it’s also about knowing when to pause. Listen to your body.

Soak in the sun’s rays and let them remind you what it means to be alive. 🌞
To pause, to breathe, to let love pour in and radiate back out toward the people who matter most. True strength lives in more than the body and aesthetics… it’s in the mind that stays steady, the spirit that stays open, and the heart that knows when to catch and hold the ones we love.
This is how we build community: with light, with presence, and with the courage to keep showing up for each other 💙

We’re already halfway through Week 3 of the Strength Redefined Series, and we couldn’t be more excited to see how you’re all showing up for yourselves. This series was created with so much care by myself, and to help you build strength, power, and mobility—and to start 2025 on the best possible note!

By now, you’re likely feeling the shifts—not just in how you move, but in how you connect to each movement. Every workout is building on the last, and this is where all that hard work really starts to come together.
