When Destinee joined CrossFit in February, she thought she was signing up to change her body.

🇺🇸 What an incredible way to celebrate the Fourth of July and America’s 250th anniversary! 🇺🇸

Thank you to everyone who came out, pushed through Liberty 250, and celebrated with us. From every calorie, rep, and burpee to every high-five and cheer, today was about honoring freedom, community, and the hard work that brings us together.
