Self care is everything! You may think it’s more relaxing sitting in the house, on the couch or in the bed watching tv or scrolling on social media….. BUT going outside and getting fresh air is wayyyy more relaxing.
plus that doesn’t require you to spend a dime just get your body moving all while soaking up vitamin d and releasing serotonin which alters your mood 😌

If the people around you can’t accept you as you are, those are not your people! That includes friends and FAMILY!

Look yourself in the mirror today, decree and declare that YOU ARE ENOUGH! YOU ARE ENOUGH (period)

No “buts” or self doubts! Lift that extra weight you’re carrying trying to fill everyone else’s cup and fill your own!
