Today, the Florida Stars came together to officially kick off the season with a conditioning and team-building workout for our 10U–14U teams!

Throughout the workout, our coaches emphasized:
⭐ Communication
⭐ Attention to detail
⭐ Accountability
⭐ Teamwork
⭐ Mental toughness
⭐ Never leaving a teammate behind

The purpose of today’s workout was to set the tone for the season ahead. Talent matters, but being a Florida Star means learning to communicate, compete, push through adversity, and work toward something bigger than yourself.

And our coaches didn’t just tell them — they got in there and did the work right alongside them, leading by example and showing our players that we’re all in this together. 💪⚾️

We couldn’t be more proud of these players. They showed up, worked hard, pushed through when things got tough, encouraged one another, and never quit.

One organization. One standard. One team.

The work starts now.
