FISH Athletes were on fire this weekend in Brownsburg at the CW Divisional Championships! As a team, FISH swimmers clocked 58 best times (dropping more than 5 minutes 9 seconds in total) and earned 9 new state cuts.

We could not be more proud of these young leaders -- who have had to deal with uncertainty, practice changes, quarantines, social distancing and more -- for continuing to show up, work hard and chase goals. Let's get after these last two weeks of SCY season and have some fun!

Drilling is an essential part of good stroke development. Junior 1 is warming up for tonight’s workout with some freestyle drills, including this one-arm freestyle to isolate the pulls on each side and work smooth, long axis body rotation.
