This was the day that I decided to go for it and see what I could do. I was tired. I hadn't eaten well. I needed to hydrate more. And then I PR'd my squat at 250 lbs!

Are nutrition, hydration, and sleep crucial to lifting well and being consistent? Yes, 100%. Is positive self-talk and deciding to do the dang thing also crucial? Yes, 100%.

I can't guarantee you results, that's on you, but I can guarantee I will help push you - push you to be consistent, to be confident in your abilities, to give a little more in the gym when you think you can't. I will help push you to succeed in your fitness journey.
