2026 STATE PLACER (3rd) George Lopez 🥉

George is a senior this year and he started training with us in August with a goal of becoming a state champ (he had never placed prior), and boy did he work hard to try and accomplish that. George was in the gym every morning practice and every night practice for 6 months straight, fully committed to the process and to raising his level.

After a close loss in the state quarterfinals (4-3), he battled his way back to the third-place match and beat the same kid who had beaten him earlier in the quarterfinals (10-4).

George showed that hard work truly does pay off, and that growth happens when you stay consistent and keep showing up. We’re so proud of you and the example you set. Congratulations, champ. 🥉💪

Huge shout out to Kennedy Jeppson!! 💪🔥

Kennedy was one of the very first wrestlers to train with us over the summer, and she’s been grinding nonstop ever since. For the past 6 months, she’s been putting in 2–3 practices a day, showing what real commitment and discipline looks like.

That hard work paid off in a big way—Kennedy was recently selected to compete in the 2026 All-Star Dual, where she dominated her match and secured the pin 🤼‍♀️💥

So proud of you, Kennedy. This is just the beginning—now let’s go get that state title 🏆🔥
