Stop overcomplicating it. Fat loss isn’t magic… it’s ex*****on.
1️⃣ Stop drinking your calories
Sodas, sugary coffee, random “healthy” drinks… they add up FAST.
2️⃣ Hit your protein
If you’re not prioritizing protein, you’re making this 10x harder on yourself.
3️⃣ Walk more than you think you need to — bonus if you do it fasted.
4️⃣ Lift with intent
Not just “working out.” Push yourself. Build muscle or stay stuck.
5️⃣ Get your sleep in check
Running on 4–5 hours? Cool… enjoy holding onto body fat.
Are there other tools? Sure, but if you can’t do these BASIC 5 things, then you will not have a solid foundation to build ANYTHING on.
