Little's Health & Fitness Center Classes: Mon/Wed/Fri - Step-N-Strength @ 12pm Martin Little started this gym 40 years ago. It's a home town kinda place where everybody knows your name.

Very laid back and family friendly. We will always have our "Originals", thank goodness, but we have grown into a community gym that makes everyone feel welcome.
