**Summer workouts are open to all rising 9th-12th graders! We will have them every week outside of the two dead weeks (6/28-7/5, 7/20-7/26) starting Monday, 6/15. Make sure to bring shoes you can go outside in as well as a water bottle. Email Coach Lewis at [email protected] with any questions!

Mark your calendars! We will have our BBQ fundraiser on Saturday, May 23rd, from 11-3 at Mountain Advantage in West Jefferson. It was incredible last year and we're excited to see it succeed again this year! These funds go directly to help our girls attend NC State Team Camp. Come help us get better!
