Over the past 20 years, I’ve had a passion for acquiring some of the finest strength training equipment ever made in the USA 🇺🇸.

I’ve shipped hundreds of machines over the years, and Goalder Transportation has consistently delivered outstanding service. Dave is one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever met, and his dedication, professionalism, and reliability are second to none.

Six months ago today, I completely tore both of my hamstrings off the bone and fractured my back. What followed after surgery was one of the most challenging seasons of my life mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and financially.

This recovery journey has been a massive learning experience. It’s taught me patience, resilience, faith, and gratitude in ways I never could have imagined.

Today, I appreciate life, my health, my clients, friends, family and every single moment on a whole new level. The simple things I once took for granted now feel like incredible gifts.

I’m so very thankful for everyone who supported me along the way, and I’m grateful to continue recovering & getting my strength back, one day at a time. Never give up my friends ⚓️
