Aloha and welcome to Aloha Yoga & Healing. Aloha means love, peace, kindness, grace, and compassion. It is a way of life; it is to joyfully share life with others. Our intention is to provide you a blissful, intimate sanctuary where you can let go of all your worries, tune back in with your body, and transform all aspects of your life in the most positive of ways. Everyone is welcome at Aloha Yoga

& Healing. Although some classes may be more challenging than others, every class is designed to be suitable for all levels. There is a 12 person maximum to each class to ensure that every student is getting the special attention that they deserve. We offer daily Yoga classes, the healing services of Reiki, Ayurveda, Crystals, Oracle Cards, and Psychic Medium readings by appointment. Aloha Yoga & Healing holds monthly "Goddess Gatherings" on the first Friday of every month. The Goddess Gatherings are donation-based social functions where meditation, healthy meals, and a sense of community and love are to be expected. Attendees are encouraged to share poetry, art, interesting articles, book excerpts or anything of the likes if they do so wish. Special Workshops are also held regularly at Aloha Yoga & Healing.
