Two Questions:
1. What was your first workout of the year?(assuming you have worked out yet this year)
2. What are your fitness goals for this year?

Did my first workout of the new year and it wasn’t horrible but the gym was too crowded. Goals for this year are:
-drop weight to around 225lbs
-“fix” my shoulders (meaning don’t do stupid exercises and actually try to workout intelligently)
-build 5lbs of muscle (which is really pretty modest)
-get my hips and lower back pain-free or as close to it as possible
Then I have a whole
List of more specific goals I will get into later like hitting a certain amount of pull-ups in a row or doing an iron man competition
