We are excited to announce that this Saturday from 9AM to 12PM, we will be hosting a special event called Hyrox at our gym. All classes during this time will be a Hyrox workout designed to test your endurance in low-skill movements to prepare for the upcoming Hyrox Race in Anaheim on April 22. Stretch Lab will be here Saturday to for recovery services after your workout!
Hyrox is a global fitness competition that challenges athletes to complete a series of exercises, including running, rowing, and functional movements like burpees and lunges. Its for all levels and you don’t have to compete to participate this Saturday!

The Physical Fitness Test we will be featuring for Saturdays workout gives you an indication of your fitness level and an assessment of which division is suitable for you if you’re interested in competing in the Hyrox Race on April 22. Please note that there are no time limits for the HYROX Race and you can register for any division without qualifying. The Physical Fitness Test is only intended to help you decide which division to choose. The test is held in hundreds of gyms each season and consists of this workout:

50 Burpee Broad Jumps
100 Lunges
1000m Row
30 Hand Release Push Ups
100 Wallballs
