Workout for my pre teen student (or anyone)…
Just because my students are under 15 doesn’t mean we don’t work on body weight exercises for over all strength and helps their Jiujitsu.
This workout:
Complete move 1,2,3,4 and keep track of times and reps (great discipline for my younger students to keep track especially).
1.) Dead Hang from Pull Up Bar
2.) As Many Squats Possible in 30 seconds
3.) Elbow Plank Hold MAX time
4.) Hand Plank Shoulder Tap 30 reps total with a pillow on your back not falling off (or a weighted plate)

Each time you do the workout , you try to beat all of your last numbers.
