Nestled in the heart of West Hollywood, Harmony Studios is a full-service private instruction facility specializing in personalized Pilates regimens.

Using methods evolved from the work of Joseph Pilates, we have developed our own philosophy that combines the mind-body connection with old-fashioned "get in shape, stay in shape" sensibility.

After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to close Harmony Studios Pilates.

Harmony has always been more than just a wellness space. For over 25 years in West Hollywood, it has served as a landmark for Pilates, a sanctuary for healing, and, most importantly, a vibrant community we have built together with you, our amazing clients.

Whether you’ve been with us for years or just recently joined, your presence has been at the heart and soul of Harmony. You’ve allowed us to be a part of your Pilates journey, and for that,we are profoundly grateful.

While this closure is bittersweet, we sincerely hope we’ve made a positive impact on your health and wellness journey.

Thank you so much for your kindness, support, and shared memories.

We will be holding our liquidation sales (equipment, props, and fixtures) on the following dates:

June 21st, June 22nd and June 28th
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Final Date: June 29th

Hey Pilates Lovers! 🤍

Union Pilates is hosting a free Pilates mat session on Sunday, June 23rd @ 11am at our studio!

Stick around after class for refreshments and to learn more from their Master Teachers about the benefits of becoming a Pilates teacher yourself. Seriously, if you have ever thought about getting into the industry the demand for quality teachers has never been higher.

💛 The Los Angeles LGBT Center is the world’s largest LGBTQ+ nonprofit. The Center serves more LGBTQ+ people than any other organization by housing, healing, feeding, educating, and advocating for the community every single day of the year.

Pilates with a Purpose 🎁🎄Holiday Edition! CLASS ALERT!

❤️Each year, we look for ways to give back to the community and are excited to share that we wil be assisting a local family in need this holiday season. We have been matched with a beautiful family of 4 through the LA County Adopt-A-Family Program!

How can you help?

⭐️Come to class! 🤸 We will be using the proceeds from the December charity class to buy goodies for our family!

✨Join us this SAT 12/16 at 10 AM✨

❤️Class is $30 and ALL PROCEEDS will go to our adopted family.

⭐️If you can’t make it to class, we will be accepting gifts and donation until Dec 21th. We hope to gift basic necessities, gift cards, toys, clothes, a family outing to Knott’s to play & see the holiday lights. If are interested in participating, shoot us an email to find out more or request a Christmas wish list.

CHARITY CLASS ALERT 🤍

We are so excited to be supporting  for this month’s charity class! 👯‍♂️

💃🏻 Dance has been an integral part of my life since the age of 3. Movement helps me understand myself and the world. Having this creative outlet for self expression, this love & respect for the craft and my physical body has truly molded me into the person I am today. It is the reason I believe movement is medicine.

🩷 They believe dance makes better human beings. Better human beings make better communities.

🐶Founded in 2014, Animal People Alliance aims to provide high quality and compassionate care to neglected street animals in India and Thailand.

💛 They train and employ vulnerable people from the community, and pay living wages that help them improve their standard of living.

🦮 Establishing strong community links, helps educate residents on animal care and safety, while partnering with local organizations to promote adoptions, vaccinations and compassionate animal care.

Starts this weekend! 🤸Did you know we host The Pilates teacher training program at our studio?

There's is still time to sign up for the Foundation training kicking off this Saturday at Harmony.

Whether you are new to Pilates or a Veteran ... a great way to learn more about your body, learn anatomy, prevent injuries, or just add to your previous Pilates training. Pilates Foundation training is a great way to learn more inside information about the nuts and bolts of movement. It will change your body and add the added knowledge to enhance your Pilates practice. ❤️
