Every day, we make choices. What time we wake up? How do we handle challenging situations? Who do we smile at? When and what do we eat?
Of course we can’t control everything that happens to us, but we can control how we react and take actions.
Here is something I want you to tell yourself next time: instead of “I have to”, say “I get to”.
Instead of “I have to go to work”, its “I get to go to work”.
Instead of “I have to pay for my bills”, its “I get to pay for my bills”.
See the difference? You change your mindset just a little and you feel so much better and more grateful for the things that you have in your life! Especially during holidays, we get fall off mentally towards negative things, instead of focusing on positive. Let’s get to focus on positivity and allow good things come to our way!
You “GET TO” exercise and eat better! You are your only limit, and you are the one who can control your actions and mindset.
