Finished February with a 7th hike of the year with an trail. Exercising was always a great stress reliever and therapy, especially when you do it in the nature. Hiking is an addition to my regular workout routine and it’s mostly for a mental health, the moment when you can give yourself a rest from things that may happen in the world. Any type of workout is beneficial both physically and mentally, so stay active people 😉 take care of your body and mind.

“An Apple a day keeps the doctor away” 😉
I am a huge fan of fruits! Beside being highly nutritious, they are delicious, and are great snack for your sweet tooth. Being low in calories and high in fiber they are great addition to your fitness journey.
Each type of fruit brings its own unique set of nutrients and benefits. I highlighted my favorite three choices that I like to include into my nutrition habits.

With a New Year coming up right at the door, most of us setting up new goals for the upcoming year. But are you actually achieving your goals? One of the way to stick to them is to choose one goal at a time and write it down.
So today, I challenge you to pick the goal that you would like to accomplish in the first month.
Writing down will help you visually remember of your goal every day at the top of your mind. Writing down also helps with encoding, the process by which our brain decides what gets stored in our long-term memory and what gets discarded. People who write down their goals are more likely to accomplish them.
After writing down your goal, think of the steps you will need to achieve it.
Want to start exercising regularly? Maybe finding an accountability partner will be your solution?
Better eating habits on your list? Start with a bug salad a day every day.
Maybe your way is to sign up for a transformation challenge or to get a fitness coach will get you closer to your goal.

Every day, we make choices. What time we wake up? How do we handle challenging situations? Who do we smile at? When and what do we eat?
Of course we can’t control everything that happens to us, but we can control how we react and take actions.

Here is something I want you to tell yourself next time: instead of “I have to”, say “I get to”.
Instead of “I have to go to work”, its “I get to go to work”.
Instead of “I have to pay for my bills”, its “I get to pay for my bills”.
See the difference? You change your mindset just a little and you feel so much better and more grateful for the things that you have in your life! Especially during holidays, we get fall off mentally towards negative things, instead of focusing on positive. Let’s get to focus on positivity and allow good things come to our way!
You “GET TO” exercise and eat better! You are your only limit, and you are the one who can control your actions and mindset.

If you know me - you know how crazy I am about coffee 🙄And so many people who claims that can’t “function” before they get their first cup. Here are some benefits of coffee that will justify your daily drinking habits (swipe right).
Besides everything that mentioned, coffee makes us feel better and happier! So don’t feel bad when someone tells you that coffee is bad for you 😉and go enjoy a cup of your favorite one!
