Rochester New York FC Youth Central and Western New York’s “destination club” The EUSA organization has drawn the recognition of the United States Soccer Federation.

The Mission of Empire United Soccer Academy:

- We strive to develop a nationally competitive youth soccer program for the players of Central and Western New York.

- We are committed to deliver to players – exceptional coaching, developmentally appropriate skills training, advanced training techniques, and a healthy, winning mentality.

- Our efforts will present every player the opportunity to r

each their potential (College, Professional, National Team), based on their athletic ability and academic achievements. Empire United Soccer Academy is dedicated to providing a soccer developmental center of excellence for the players of Central and Western New York. Motivation for this unified initiative enables the organization to concentrate resources and talent to improve the soccer development environment for all area youth players. US Soccer has acknowledged our club as an inaugural member of the US Soccer Development Academy. Destination Club - Dozens of teams use a premier or elite alias in order to promote their club. Over the last few years, the rise of US Development Academy and other national youth leagues have lead to club stratification as the top clubs distance themselves from the pack. These clubs attain talent consolidation and bring unequivocal recognition and opportunity to it’s members. Empire United Soccer Academy is Central and Western New York’s “destination club”.

🇺🇲 Coaching at the Youth National Team level...Coach BC with the YNT! 🇺🇲

RNY FC Academy’s Pre-Academy and High Performance Director Ben Cross has been appointed as a part-time assistant coach for the United States Youth National Teams. [Ben remains full-time as the Men’s Soccer Head Coach at the University of Rochester.] A former first-team professional coach at Columbus Crew and FC Dallas from 2018-2024, Ben has been selected to assist with all the Youth National Teams. During the past week, Ben was in Mesa, Arizona (where our u17 and u19 teams participated in the MLS NEXT Fest Winter Showcase) to work with the u18, u19, and u20 national teams during their week-long camp.

As a staff member with RNY FC’s MLS NEXT Homegrown Academy Ben collaborates with our staff regularly to create opportunities for our high-performing players, as well as overseeing our Pre-Academy program on Sunday mornings. Western New York’s elite soccer players have an exceptional opportunity to work with Ben, a US Soccer Youth National Team coach, weekly on Sundays at our Pre-Academy.
