After a successful Year 1 Professionally Overseas, UCONN Alum Hassan Diarra took control of this past short offseason by directing his routine, schedule and vision.

Following playoffs, we follow up on a season debrief to get an idea of how Hassan wants to direct his offseason development. This past summer we were fortunate to collaborate alongside Dr. Brian Perrier of Prolete PT & Sports Med and skills trainer ZERO. to deliver an offseason that moved the needle on development while restoring the ‘fun’ in training after a long season.

Thank you Hassan for the trust in coming up with a gameplan and direction for your vision. As we always have said - it takes a VILLAGE.

Congratulations to Dante Reno for being recognized as the Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week, his second on the season as well as earning his second Gold Helmet Award!

Dante earned his recognition after his stellar play which came less than 24 hours after one of Life’s biggest obstacle - losing a parent. Mr. Tony Reno wasn’t just any dad, he also happened to be the longtime coach and leader of Yale Football.

This week Dante picked up where his dad left off - leading his men through the fire and showing the world losing everything gave birth to something - a legend.

That everything you guys built together was going to be shown not a matter of somehow but someday.

We’re proud of you brother.

Congratulations to Kate Paul (St. Anthonys Class of 27’) on her commitment to Manhattan University to continue her lacrosse career!

A longtime member of Yellow Jackets 2027 within the renowned Long Island YellowJackets Club, Kate has been known to be the player that does everything ‘right’

From arriving at practice early, to the right live reads, to technical ex*****on on the field, in the weight room to mannerisms - Kate has always been intentional with being the absolute best she could be.

A pleasure to have at any program, we’ve been blessed enough to been a part of Kate’s athletic development journey since 2019. Watching her grow as an athlete and as a woman to watching her commit has been a journey in itself and all we have to say is KEEP GOING KATE.

You’ve figured out the blueprint early, falling in love with the basics at a young age (swipe for throwback video evidence!) and have become an example of ‘consistency wins’

This past weekend the college football world lost a legend in Coach Tony Reno and less than 24 hours later, witnessed a legendary performance by his son, QB1, Dante Reno.

We first and foremost want to send our prayers, thoughts and love to Dante Reno and family on the passing of his father, coach and long time Yale Football leader.

The coaching fraternity is tight knit, small, and one of the few industries where your reputation and character doesn’t complement your merit - IT IS your merit.

It’s one of those jobs where you live entirely for others success. One of those jobs where work becomes home, one of those jobs that give you a family that you would die for.

While Yale lost its legend, every coach lost their very own. And while we didn’t have the fortunate chance to meet Coach Reno, in a way - we did through Dante.

We always tell the parents of our athletes interesting in signing up, this isn’t just an hour workout. It’s training to learn about yourself, create habits and learn how to handle adversity so that one day when you are no longer present on this Earth, you can take this experience and live life the way we hope - BETTER.

Dante - KEEP LIVING BROTHER. Your dad’s story lives through your shine.

Only 600 men earn the nod every year to represent the tight knit NBA community worldwide - a difficult feat that requires great decision making after great decision making.

From choosing your HS team to your AAU team to choosing your coaches, mentors and trainers - every decision matters.

Finding your way isn’t just a term it’s a way of life when one PURSUES the PROS. Finding your way isn’t just what you do by yourself but what the village around you must do as a whole.

CONGRATULATIONS to Chris Kavanagh on a stellar sophomore season leading the California Redwoods to the Semi-Finals in the Premier Lacrosse League

Known for his creative scoring abilities, stick skills and shot speed - We’ve been blessed with a front row seat to witness Chris’s best attribute is his ability to figure out how to WIN.

We’ve watched a similar trajectory in High School for Taft Boys’ Lacrosse then at the college level Notre Dame Lacrosse - WINNING is a SKILL to figure out and there are few people in the world willing to go to those lengths to figure that out.
