Here at Champs we have always spoke about the two types of people. That’s the strong & the weak. Strong is not just physically but it’s mental strength. Strength that keeps you going to get you where you want to be at. This my friends is what strength looks like and it’s FREAKING BEAUTIFUL! 140lbs weight loss is not easy what so ever & it didn’t happen over night but you can see it is worth all the hard work.

The holiday season is about being thankful, blessed, and togetherness. Champs Health & Fitness would like you to know that they are standing Kohen strong. Kohen is just two years old and doctors have recently discovered a cancerous mass around her kidney. We are asking that our community to stand Kohen strong with all of us and bless this family as they face the battles before them. Any donations can be accepted at Champs Health & Fitness or directly at the KFFA station, all proceeds will go to the Gregory family. Thank you and God bless!
