⚔️ Calories vs. Macros: The Real Difference ⚔️

Calories = Weight Loss/Gain
- Deficit → Lose weight
- Surplus → Gain weight
Calories control the scale.

Macros = Body Sculpting
- Protein (4 kcal/g) → Builds muscle
- Carbs (4 kcal/g) → Fuel for training
- Fats (9 kcal/g) → Hormones & recovery

Calories decide IF you lose or gain. Macros decide WHAT you build.

Recommended Macro Ratios for Building Muscle
- Protein: 35–40% → Maximizes muscle repair & growth
- Carbs: 35–40% → Fuels workouts & recovery
