Fulton began training in the basement of his house in 1994 with only personal clients. In 1996 he was hired by Bally’s. In 1998 he became the fitness director at Bally’s in Milford, CT. Within a short span of time he transferred to the Stratford location. In 2007 Robert opened up Fulton’s Fitness which was located in Milford, CT. From 2007 until 2013 he coached, trained and inspired many to change their life. In 2014 he opened up FulFit at 232 A Captain Thomas Boulevard, West Haven. Since 2003, Robert has been training both men and women for figure and bikini competitions as well as body building competitions. In addition he is a posing coach. He is considered the Trainers of Trainers for he has been training other coaches/trainers since 2004. Every year in June and October he sponsors the INBF Pro Qualifier and the WNBF Pro Natural respectively in New Haven, CT. On a personal level Robert began teaching, coaching and conducting seminars for Narcotics Anonymous in 1996. He has led sessions in prisons, churches, children’s centers, and other various locations around the State of Connecticut. His lifelong goal is to provide the general population a particular skill set, i.e. how to live a holistic life without the use of substance abuse. Another lifelong goal of Robert’s is to give both men and women a permanent skill set of living healthy from a fitness perspective. Everyone can live FulFit, thus one must TRAIN HARD OR DIE! Currently Robert is working on his B.S. in Exercise Science (Gateway Community College/Southern CT University) with an expected completion date of May 2015.
