West Haven CC continue to etch their name into Connecticut cricket history, defeating Falcon CC in the SCtCA T20 Championship Final to secure their FOURTH CONSECUTIVE T20 title! A remarkable achievement that reflects years of consistency, excellence, and a winning culture. West Haven successfully defended 115 and restricted Falcon CC to 104, sealing an 11-run victory in the grand finale.
A championship team is built on leadership, and Captain Jignesh Patel once again demonstrated why he is one of the most respected leaders in the region. His ability to unite the squad, make crucial decisions under pressure, and inspire performances in the biggest moments has been instrumental in West Haven’s sustained dominance. His contribution with the ball in the final was yet another example of leading from the front.
Special recognition goes to Prasanna Ramaswamy, whose impact on Connecticut cricket continues to set him apart. Widely regarded as one of the finest cricketers in Connecticut and the Tri-State area, Prasanna delivered when it mattered most, scoring a crucial 26 at the top of the order and then producing a match-winning spell of 4 wickets for just 9 runs in the final.
And when conversations turn to batting excellence, Azher, Vaibhav , Abhishek , Raj and Sada remain the benchmark. One of the most accomplished teams in Tri State, WHCC continues to set high benchmarks every season.
