At the Iron House For Her gym, our mission is to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lift heavier weights, lose 30 lbs, or run a faster 5k, we want to help you make it happen.
One key aspect serves as the linchpin for your success – Consistency.
With only one or two workouts per week, it’s nearly impossible to see progress towards your fitness goals - even if your nutrition is perfect and you’re giving it your all in the gym. You should be aiming for at least four "workouts" per week to see noticeable gains.
Consistency gets even harder in November and December. The cold mornings make it tough to get out of bed. There’s an extra pull to spend time with family around the holidays. And let’s not forget the extra treats around the home and office.
We want to help keep you on track for the last 50 Days of 2021 so we’re kicking off a little attendance challenge. The person with the most attendances during the Last 50 Days of 2021 will win:
An Iron House hoodie
A gift basket of exciting items that we will announce one at a time on social media over the next several weeks to keep you motivated,
$400 gift card to Mason Aesthetics & Wellness for a full panel lab,
One (1) IV treatment, and free patient consultation.
That's $550 worth of prizes in total!! All you have to do is get your name on the signup sheet and show up.
A few more details (Q&A):
When does it start? - November 12th.
When does it end? - December 31st.
When will you announce the winner? - First week of January.
What do I have to do to enter? - Put your name and number on the sign up sheet at the gym and grab a copy of the “rules”. You can also respond to our email about the challenge.
What if there’s a tie? - The first tiebreaker will be awarded to the person that tagged the most friends on our social media post about the challenge (minimum 10, no max). The second tiebreaker (if necessary) will be awarded to the person who posted their workout and tagged the gym on their own social media pages the most number of times over the 50 days.
Can I attend gym/classes multiple times in the same day? - Sure – but it will only count as one attendance in total. So, the maximum number will be 50.
As we mentioned, the challenge starts on November 12th, and we’ll be sharing updates throughout the month. Looking forward to seeing you all!
Ps… get bonus points by tagging friends on this post. For every 10 you tag you’ll get 1 Day added to your results.
