⭐️ ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT⭐️

Meet Dallin Holker, Colorado State tight end. Not only is he one of the best TEs in college football, but he is also a finalist in the running for the John Mackey Award to prove so.

Even the biggest players in the game deal with mental health on the daily. Here’s a few words from Dallin on what mental health means to him:

“Mental health is very important to me because I believe that 85% of sports is mental. When you’re taking care of yourself and working hard you can have all the confidence in the world to help you be the best athlete you can be. But it’s all starts mentally.”

Always Sunny has made its way to Eastern Michigan Football QB, Austin Smith💪🏼🏈

A few words from Austin himself on why mental health is important to him as an athlete:

“Mental health is important because as athletes we deal with so much stress in our daily lives and it can affect our play, relationships, friendships & more. Our mind needs to be strong enough in order for us to handle this type of stress so we can enjoy our lives.”

It’s Homecoming season!!! Taking it back to where it all started.

Charger Alums, current students, faculty, friends, & family - tomorrow night, the University of New Haven Women’s lacrosse team is dedicating their game against Southern Connecticut to , a nonprofit organization who’s mission is to eliminate the stigma around mental health in the student-athlete community.

We will be setting up camp at Kathy Zolad Stadium during the game, selling some gear and spreading awareness alongside this effort. 10% of profits made during the game will be donated to Morgan’s Message. So make sure you stop by, say hi, grab some gear, and support and the great organization they are representing.

Not to mention there may or may not be a chance to win some freebies 👀 Stop by our table and see for yourself! ☀️
