A handshake and a promise.

That is how we ended our first team meeting of the year.

“I promise to give you my very best every day in order for you to be the best you can be.”

Those were the words each player shared as they shook each other’s hands.

Those words embodied the commitment the boys had with each other, which only grew deeper, season after season.

We played for each other and for the school. The NMH boys basketball program always took the floor as a team, representing all that is NMH.

My sincerest thanks and gratitude go to all of you who offered your support over this past week, and gave our program wings throughout the past 21 years.
