Mexican Fiesta Bowl 🌶️🥑
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
-1/2 cup Brown rice (Cooked)
-1 cup Black beans (Drained and rinsed)
-12 ounces grilled chicken (Chopped)
-2 cups Bell peppers (Chopped)
-6 g Garlic (2 minced garlic cloves)
-1 tbsp Olive oil
-201 g Avocado (1 avocado)

Pico:
-120 g Plum tomato (2 medium)
-2 tbsp Lime juice
-197 g Red onion (1 medium)
-1/4 cup Fresh cilantro (Chopped)
-1 tsp Salt
-1 tsp Pepper

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Sauté peppers, onion, and garlic in olive oil
2. Combine sautéed veggies with rice, black beans and grilled chicken.
3. Fresh Pico: Chop tomatoes, add salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro. Squeeze onion and mix well
4. Top with 65 g avocado per bowl
5. Divide mixture into 3 servings

😴 Prioritize 8–9 hours of sleep

Your body weight can fluctuate daily based on hydration, food intake, hormones, stress, sleep, and more — and it doesn’t tell you how much of that weight is muscle, body fat, or water.

Instead of letting one number define your progress, focus on what actually matters:
✔️ Body fat %
✔️ Lean body mass
✔️ Strength gains
✔️ Energy levels
✔️ How you feel day to day
✔️ Healthy habits you can sustain

Progress isn’t always measured by weighing less. Sometimes it’s building more muscle, improving your health, and creating habits that last.
