GolfSight users, we pushed out an update to GolfSight this morning with a new feature: Landing Zones.

The Landing Zones screen shows you a more zoomed out view of the course with yardage arcs to help you visualize where your shots might end up. It will auto adjust to show different parts of the fairway depending on where you are on the course.

We've also added a way for you to resume a recent round (if Glass shut down during play for some reason or you exited by accident) and we've improved battery life dramatically.

Finding one device that can provide yardage on the golf course as well as track launch angle and swing speed might seem impossible, but Google Glass can do all that and much more.

We like Matt Honan's idea of a special Tiger Woods Edition Google Glass for golfers, and having Tiger try out our GolfSight app during a practice round and doing some TV spots.
