There have been recent buzz and studies on the benefits of creatine on adults over 50, women, and people with Parkinson's, Huntington's, ALS, and Alzheimer's. Personally, creatine is a supplement I started taking in college when competing in strength competitions, continued throughout my bodybuilding career, and continue to take. I advocate for it, along with a multivitamin and protein supplementation. Attached is a summary and some of the most recently published articles. The benefits are real. Consult with your Physician or nutritionist to see if it can benefit you.
