We get asked this question a lot, "How do I stay focused on my fitness journey?"

I have a video that goes in depth but for now, I'll give the main 3 things I live & teach.

1. Your goal has to be bigger than you. Why? You'll get discouraged and once that kicks in, you'll stop.

2. Get a coach and or become accountable to someone. You have no idea how much you can talk yourself out of things. A coach or accountability partner helps you raise your standard.

3. Add fun & reward to the mix. If it's always daunting and something you hate, you won't continue.

You ever felt, that if you could just finally get consistent with your fitness journey it would solve a lot of problems?

😄 You'd probably feel more confident.
😀 You'd probably not hide behind big clothes.
😀You'd probably do the video not worrying about what people would say.

😡However that hasn't been he case for you.

If you've ever felt that you can't stay consistent on your fitness journey, it's one of the three.

👍You get determined, you get the clothes, you really mean it and then something detours you.

👉Today I'm going to give you the first thing that's happening and it's called, "Vision Impairment".

🤯You have part of the vision of what it will take and you need the rest. The rest is how you actually get the goal, get pass the sticking point and more.

👉In our online program, "75 Hard The Conquer Way" we tackle this and people get to finally see success on their fitness journey.

😵 I'm going to do 75 hard for the 10th time and really follow it.....

Or how about......

I'm just going to cover up at the beach to be modest.... Is that the reason or you really not feeling comfortable about how you look? Yes, you can love yourself just the way you are but, this is for that person that really knows you got NO business looking the way you do with the type of person you are.

Let's not waste any time here.

😵 I have a program, called 5 x 30. You train 5 days a week for 30 minutes with my guidance. This isn't for the person who won't do the work, this is for the person that needs the guidance and you are in.

Couldn't you just get a workout from Youtube, your favorite influencer or good ole chatgpt? You could however, these workouts are leading you towards a goal.

👍Plus you need the community. You keep showing up to the gym or the garage with no plan and end up scrolling endlessly on Instagram.

Is it harder to workout at it gets colder? YUP! Yes! All of it lol

As the temperatures drop, it can be tempting to skip workouts and cozy up indoors. But staying active through the colder months helps boost your energy, improve your mood, and keep your fitness goals on track.

Think of each workout as a chance to build resilience, both mentally and physically. I like to think of each workout being closer to my summer goals which is to be in Miami on the beach drinking sweet tea lol.

Consistency is key—layer up, stick to a schedule, and remind yourself how good you feel after exercising. I won't lie, it's even hard for me to get outside but, once i'm out there I feel better.

Keep pushing, and you'll stay ahead of the winter blues while staying strong in your routine!

I'm highly convinced if you aren't satisfied with your look, it will play in your head more than you think. You'll hide behind the screen, you'll do poses that don't show who you are or you just won't show up. Been there before?

Our faith and fitness online programs offers three main things:
🎯 Short workouts so you can get in and out of the gym with a plan
🎯 Faith studies so you can get your mind and spirit right (that's actually the foundation)
🎯 Team accountability. It's super hard to give up on yourself when others are rooting for you and supporting you.

Now why is Coach Drew on these internet streets talking about the Dad gut or the mom pouch?

➡️ Welp! I've experience the Dad gut and i've trained plenty of women who had the mom pouch (that's what they called it).

😥 Now, before you come for me and get in your feelings, you can love your body at any and all stages however, that's not why i'm here.

🧠 Usually this person is a high achiever, they get ISH DONE but, when it comes to fitness, they start over and over . They can't really do 60 minutes of workouts consistently and that's ok.
