Now why is Coach Drew on these internet streets talking about the Dad gut or the mom pouch?
➡️ Welp! I've experience the Dad gut and i've trained plenty of women who had the mom pouch (that's what they called it).
😥 Now, before you come for me and get in your feelings, you can love your body at any and all stages however, that's not why i'm here.
🧠 Usually this person is a high achiever, they get ISH DONE but, when it comes to fitness, they start over and over . They can't really do 60 minutes of workouts consistently and that's ok.
😵 I have a program, called 5 x 30. You train 5 days a week for 30 minutes with my guidance.
Couldn't you just get a workout from Youtube, your favorite influencer or good ole chatgpt? You could however, these workouts are leading you towards a goal.
👍Plus you need the community. You keep showing up to the gym or the garage with no plan and end up scrolling endlessly on Instagram.
