The secret isn’t the leggings. It’s the training. 👏

Don’t get me wrong, wear whatever makes you feel confident. But if your goal is to have glutes that look good in any pair of leggings, shorts, jeans, or a swimsuit, the answer isn’t another clothing haul.🩷🩷

It’s consistent training.💪

Building strong, shapely glutes takes time, effort, and showing up even when you don’t feel like it. There are no shortcuts, but the confidence that comes from knowing you built it yourself is worth it.

Focus on getting stronger.
Stay consistent.
Trust the process.

The results are earned, not worn. 🍑💪

If building stronger glutes is one of your goals, I currently have a few openings for my online coaching program. You’ll get a customized workout plan, nutrition guidance, accountability, and the support you need to make real progress.

Send me a DM with the word “GLUTES” and let’s get started.🍑

5 ways to get out of a fitness & nutrition funk ⬇️

First off… you are NOT failing because you hit a rough patch. I’ve gone through these phases many times myself, and the biggest thing I’ve learned is that the all-or-nothing mindset is what keeps people stuck.

You do not need to be perfect to get back on track. You just need to start.

1. Move your body every day
Even if it’s just a walk, stretching, or a quick workout. Momentum matters more than perfection.

2. Get back to some structure with food
Don’t try to “diet hard” overnight. Focus on balanced meals, protein, water, and consistency first.

3. Stop punishing yourself
One bad meal, missed workout, or off week does not erase your progress. Be honest with yourself without tearing yourself down.

4. Focus on small wins
Instead of trying to fix everything at once, pick 1-2 habits and build from there. Small consistent actions create big changes.

5. Remember that something is ALWAYS better than nothing
A shorter workout is better than skipping. A balanced meal is better than giving up for the whole day. Progress comes from continuing to show up.

You don’t need to restart perfectly Monday. You can start today, exactly where you are 🤍

And if this is something you feel like you need more guidance, accountability, or support with, I currently have a few openings for my 1:1 online coaching spots. Message me and let’s talk about your goals 🫶

Being 23 and self-employed means my Saturdays start early.

5:30am starts with online check-ins, programming, messages, and getting everything ready for my clients before the day even begins. By 7:50 I’m at the gym for my first 8am session followed by class at 9:30.

I usually have an 11am session too, but today I got to get my own workout in instead. Ended the morning with Juice Pod and brought some to my sister after.

Very thankful to be building something I truly love while helping others at the same time.🙏🩷🫶

You do not need to completely flip your life upside down to start seeing results.

Most people think progress has to come from doing everything perfectly… cutting out all their favorite foods, training 7 days a week, or staying motivated 24/7. In reality, the people who see long-term results are usually the ones doing the simple things consistently.

A few workouts each week.
More daily movement.
Better food choices more often.
Enough protein.
Enough water.
Enough patience to keep going.

It doesn’t have to be extreme to work. It just has to be sustainable enough for you to stick with it.

The goal isn’t to make fitness harder. The goal is to make it fit your life so you can actually maintain the results you work for. 💪

If you feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start, message me and we can set up a time to talk about your goals and create a plan that actually fits your lifestyle.🩷
