Would you know what to do if you were cornered? You don't need to be an athlete to protect yourself. Join this Women’s Hand to Hand Class to learn simple, highly effective hand-to-hand techniques to defend against an assailant. Taught by an experienced self-defense instructor, this practical workshop is designed for women of all ages—from young adults to seniors.
📅 When: Saturday, June 13th, 2026
⏰ Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Includes instruction and practice time)
💰 Cost: $20.00 per person
👟 Attire: Comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement.
