Our First Annual Kickass Body Project Renewal Retreat Tribe of Women✨💙🙏🏻🌝 (8.3.19-8.5.19)⁣⁣

We get emotional looking at the photos from this weekend because of how special each lady is to us, & because we had this vision months ago of gathering 10 special women who wanted to getaway with us in the mountains&commit to a weekend of complete self care, genuine connection, to be surrounded by a group of women who LIFT eachother up, & to celebrate each others wins & losses to name a few intentions- & it HAPPENED! ⁣⁣

Over the course of this week, we are going to share more photos of these amazing women from the weekend & lots of reflection. ⁣⁣

- For each woman in this photo who made a conscious decision & CHOSE to invest in themselves this weekend, trust our intentions, shared struggles, had massive breakthroughs, Relaxed/lived in the present moment, disconnected from the daily chaos/grind of most of our realities & joined us. ⁣⁣

- For one of the best emerging massage therapists on the east coast Amanda Lee Whitty who came up from Connecticut to SPOIL our ladies with personal massages. 💆🏻 ⁣⁣

2019 hell yes we're ready for you.
2018 was a wild year for us - we started our business while was 75 months pregnant and had our first month in biz just weeks after we all met Quinn. We've helped a lot of you badasses, met some incredible people and have some insane things coming in the next 12 months we constantly pinch ourselves and think, is this real life? Do we really wake up every day getting to do what we love with a team of kickass people? 😍
That's really what makes all the long days, constant hustle and grit worth it - the people who we've been able to help.
& who crushed their first 🙏
who is slaying the last few weeks of 2018💪
who is finding her groove after having a whirlwind of a year 👊
who is boss babing her dreams while BOSSING UP in the gym🏋️‍♀️

who has a NO EXCUSE mindset and transforming her life & bod

As a new mom, I’ve had a huge mindset shift about my body in the last few months that I believe is worth sharing. To me, It’s no longer about being a size 2. It’s NOT about having abs. It’s NOT about trying to win or food prepping PERFECTLY every day. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
To all the moms (& women & men period!) out there, I just want to remind you right now that taking care of yourself & making your Health/fitness a priority is NOT selfish. It’s an act of survival.⁣⁣

My health is a priority because to me it’s about: leading my son & future children by example. Aging gracefully so I can be adventurous & active with my family forever. Not taking for granted that I have an able & capable body. Last, I love setting goals & the feeling of the accomplishment. ⁣⁣
