Hey guys!! How's everyone doing this morning? Good.... good.
So check this out. I sold a Ja Morant card on eBay and the guy that won it said he wanted to send it back because it was bent. Here is his copy and pasted message to me:
"Hey I got the card but it got bented … can I do a return please… I can’t keep as my collection now …"
Well I have been hearing about people on eBay getting the card they won and then wanting to send back a damaged card and keep the mint card they bought from you. So I asked him to send me pics of the front and back of the "Bented" (lol) card. He does and the images are above. Notice on this particular card there is a string of on the left bottom portion of the card 8 9 7 5 6 4 3. The Mint card I sent him clearly shows the 8 on the border, the bent card he wanted to mail back to me & get a refund, didn't have the 8 on the border.
So I emailed him back and told him about this to which he replied with this message:
"Hey ur right . Is another seller. Sorry I got it mix up with another seller"
That lie would work, maybe, but the problem is when he sent the "Bented" card message, he included a picture of the envelope with mine and his address on it which he said the package was damaged and dirty.
So I replied with this message.
"Whatever. You tried to scam me. You tried to send back a bent card, get a refund and then keep my card.
You even showed my mailing envelope in the pictures with the bent card. Had I not done the investigative research, you would have got away with it.
STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE.
I will be reporting you as well."
I realize this card was only a $10 card, but I can't stand a scammer. The eBay user ID name is darkiron12 . Make sure to add him to your block list.

Pic 5 and 6 are when I asked him to resend the pictures lying on a flat surface.
Pic 7 & 8 show the borders of mine and the bent card missing the # 8.
