Exclusive Offer to anyone interested in joining a whitetail deer and turkey hunting club. Oak Crest Lodge as a way to raise capital for the building of 12 cabins and other capital improvements,plus equipment purchases has decided not to sell guided and semi guided hunts. Instead Oak Crest Lodge with cater to an exclusive group of hunters who want a beautiful place to hunt and stay. Hunters will have complete use of facilities for themselves and their families while staying on site during the hunting season. Stands are already in place, lodging will be available to include individual cabins, single family houses or our 6 bedroom lodge. This would also include 3 meals a day. Also included would be turkey and predator calling during the appropriate seasons.

Oak Crest Lodge is wanting to raise $800,000 through memberships to this exclusive club. Looking for 2-12 members. Membership cost would depend on the number of members. 2 members would be $200,000.00 each or 12 members would be $66,667.00 each. Oak Crest lodge will pay each member between 4% and 8% per year based on the amount of their respective membership. As an example if we had 10 members at $80,000.00 each, their percentage back each year would be $4,000 or 5% of their investments. Now add in the value of lodging and meals for 2 weeks. Cabins with hot tubs would rent for $250.00 a night plus $50.00 a day for 3 meals per day. The total value over your 10 year membership would be $82,000.00. So in essence you would get to be a member and hunt for free. The best part is your membership would be secured by a lien on the property itself. Also any club members or their immediate family that wants to stay at the resort during the summer months would receive a 50% discount of the current rate.
